Silke is the founder of the Change Your Mind communications agency. With over 20 years of consulting experience in corporate communications, internal communications, PR, change and crisis communications, Silke is passionate about one thing above all: shaping communications and change in a way that helps companies and people move forward. As a certified change manager, she also advises our clients on transformation processes.

Anna is a communications consultant at Change Your Mind and has a real knack for strong texts and concepts. Whether it’s internal communications, change communication or PR, her expertise in corporate communications and her language skills take our national and international projects to the next level. Anna is particularly interested in the topics of culture and diversity & inclusion and is currently training to become a diversity manager.

As a working student at Change Your Mind, Karim is enthusiastic about everything – whether working on concepts, text, video editing, research or marketing. His studies in “Information Management and Corporate Communications” at Neu-Ulm University laid the foundation for this. Karim finds it particularly interesting to put himself in the shoes of people and companies and understand what drives them.

Annette is a public relations professional – so the perfect complement to Change Your Mind! She brings over 20 years of experience in external communication. Her heart beats especially for valuable products and services, which she places with her team from UHLMANN PR in media, with influencers or via social media channels. Annette’s great strength lies in developing brand and communication strategies that tell the unique stories behind the products and explain their added value.

Alina supports Change Your Mind as a freelancer on numerous projects. With several years of experience in internal communications and change communication, she has mastered the entire repertoire of communication channels – from classic press releases to fresh social media writing. With creative input and her background in business psychology and organizational development, she enriches the concepts for our clients.

Hannes is the managing director of forscherdrang, a market research institute that advises and supports Change Your Mind in surveys, studies, group and individual interviews. He brings a lot of experience from his work at Ipsos and at Added Value in Hamburg and Paris. The graduate business psychologist and systemic coach has a broad methodological repertoire in dealing with different target groups. Among other things, his focus is on motivational psychology and researching changes in attitude and behavior.

Melanie is an experienced graphic designer in the team of the communication design agency 2einhalb. She brings over twelve years of experience in corporate design and web design. She works in a user-centered way with attention to detail to achieve optimal results. Visualizing complex topics in an attractive and understandable way is her absolute strength. In collaboration with the consultants of Change Your Mind, she is the creative part that brings ideas to life so that they reach the target groups in the best possible way.

Elena and Vanessa are founders of the podcast production company “audioflow”. With their passion for communication and audio, they specialize in the production of corporate podcasts – a format that is also increasingly used in internal communication. The two create innovative podcasts and jingles for Change Your Mind’s customers.
