Our services
When the next project exceeds the capacity limits of your team or additional know-how is required, we are there for you. Whether it’s internal communications, change or corporate communications: we deliver smart, creative strategies and concepts, support you in their implementation and accompany your projects from planning to completion.
HOW WE WORK
After your inquiry, we arrange an appointment for an (online) meeting – in urgent cases on the same day. You get to know us, describe your challenge and receive an initial assessment from us.
Of course, we will treat your request confidentially and will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Depending on the project, we develop a strategy, a concept, an action plan or start directly with the implementation. We feel equally comfortable in the role of strategists as we do as the extended workbench of your team.
During the implementation we keep you up to date with reports or in status meetings. We regularly check whether we are achieving the defined goals and staying within the agreed budget.
After completion of a project, we exchange ideas in a feedback meeting and are happy about the joint success.
