HOW WE WORK
After your initial enquiry, we will arrange an appointment for an online meeting – in urgent cases on the same day.
You get to know us, describe your challenges and receive an initial assessment from us. Of course, we will treat your request confidentially and will be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Depending on the project, we then develop a strategy, concept note, action plan or, in some cases, we may start directly with implementation, if appropriate. We are just as comfortable in the role of strategists as we are acting as an extension of your team.
During implementation, we will keep you up to date with reports or status meetings. We regularly check whether we are achieving the set goals and staying within the agreed budget. After a project is completed, we exchange ideas in a feedback meeting to ensure that you are happy about the project.
